the wait continues
I wish I had a wonderful update, but I don't. The region that our baby is in is still "on hold" so please take time this week to pray for that situation. We have seen recent pictures of her and a video. She appears to be developing normally and looks very happy. Most importantly, it is obvious that her nannies love her and are taking great care of her until she can come home to us. We appreciate your continued prayers. The next step for us will be a court date. Once we know that date, I'll do a post so that you can think of us and her on that particular day.

i am so sorry for this news. it must be agonizing for you to wait indefinitely. i will be praying for the hold to be released and a court date to be assigned. praying god will hold you close as you wait.
Waiting is tough...I know first hand as well. Please know that I am praying for you and your family! I pray that your region's "hold" will be released and that God will continue to protect your sweet girl. I know you are thankful that her nannies are taking good care of her!

Hope you can find peace in knowing that we are all praying for God to care, protect and provide for her while you wait. It's always so comforting to me to remember that our children are God's children first - entrusted to us.
There are so many signs already that God is holding her close for you in the meantime.
